Our hiring process
Our aim is to find the best person for the job, not the person with the most impressive CV or the most extensive social network.
We therefore use the Applied platform, which helps organisations to remove implicit bias from their hiring decisions through an anonymised application processes and a focus on testing the skills, rather than the backgrounds of candidates. To find out more, please visit beapplied.com.
Wherever possible, we also hire in groups (i.e. several roles simultaneously). This is because the evidence suggests that doing so encourages employers to consider a more diverse set of applicants than they do when they hire candidates one role at a time.
